Chiefs 42 – 14 Oilers
The Oilers have come alive the last few weeks, and were looking to continue their recent form against the Chiefs. Whilst the Oilers were persistent, South City were strong early. With Caputo and Andre Hall having a strong first half, despite a late Tedmanson to Proctor TD the Chiefs led 20-7 at the long break.
The Oilers opened the second half strong with a 35 INT return for a TD by Paul Munce, making it a one-score game.
South City changed gears to pour on 3 quick TD’s, putting the game out of reach. Caputo finished with four, and Bartlett and Hall finished with two each.
